I like the creativity where the placed the drink menu on a bottle of wine. Alarming was the fact that we never any sugar with our tea and had we order it twice. I tried the garlic soup with cheese and croutons, although it was good, just too much cheese for my liking. It has outdoor sitting area and your view of the SNP square can be ruined by smelling someone's cigarette smoke while you are eating.

I moved to Banská Bystrica 5 years ago and walked into this place on my first day. I call it my second home as I am a very regular visitor. As a family run business, it offers a very comfortable environment and great service. The food, beer, wine and atmosphere are all highly satisfactory.
Brilliant place. Great service. Great food. Good cold beer excellent wine list. Good English spoken. Highly recommended
